Launching is the beginning, not the end. We listen to players, ship updates, and run events that respect their time instead of abusing FOMO.

1. Soft launch and iteration
We prefer small country soft launches to see real retention and monetization before a global release.
This phase is where most of the ugly problems surface: crashes, balance spikes, confusing UX.
2. Events that respect player time
Live events are designed around meaningful goals, not endless grinds.
We avoid manipulative timers and instead focus on interesting choices and fresh twists on the core loop.
3. Community as a design partner
Discord, reviews and social channels are not just marketing—they are design inputs.
We keep a public roadmap, share dev thoughts, and are transparent about what we will and won’t do.
