Strategy players feel every number. We design economies and progression systems that feel fair, avoid pay-to-win, and still keep players pushing for ‘one more run’.

1. Start with simple numbers
We begin with very small ranges for health, damage and costs so the balance can be understood without a calculator.
From there we expand and curve the numbers as we discover where the tension points really are.
2. Economy that feels earned, not bought
We design currencies, sinks and rewards so that effort is always the main driver of progress.
Monetization is layered on top as convenience or cosmetics, never as brute-force power.
3. Telemetry over guesswork
Once players are in, we track completion rates, win/loss ratios and progression speed.
If a level has a 5% win rate, that’s on us, not on the players.
